Guard Tower is a building in Age of Empires Mobile that will protect your city and deal damage to enemy troops that are attacking your city. The amount of damage that Guard Tower will do depends on its level. The higher the level, the more damage it will deal.
To upgrade Guard Tower, you will need the Sanctuary Blueprint, which is not that hard to get compared to the Grand Blueprints for War Hall. Even if you have Max Guard Tower, we still do not recommend that you allow other players to attack it. It is not worth it.
How to Get a Sanctuary Blueprint for Guard Tower
There are a couple of ways to get Sanctuary Blueprint for Guard Tower: Wandering Merchant, Defeating Barbarian Troops, and purchasing it using Empire Coins.
Wandering Merchant: When Wandering Merchant appears in your city, it will offer various items that you can purchase. One of the items will be the Sanctuary Blueprint. We recommend that you purchase all Sanctuary Blueprints from Wandering Merchant because you will need a lot of them and they are on discount.
Defeating Barbarians: Each time when you defeat barbarians you will get rewards including Sanctuary Blueprint. The higher the level of barbarians, the better the rewards are. Make sure that you spend all your stamina each day and claim a free one.
